  • Property Owner Agreement
    • I acknowledge and agree the person(s) named at the above-mentioned service address is authorized to receive sewer bills.
    • I understand and agree that this request does not relieve me of property owner liability.

    I am responsible for all charges to the above service address, such as unpaid sewer charges accrued by tenants. I also understand unpaid sewer charges may result in service to my property being disconnected and/or a lien being filed against the property title. If water service is disconnected due to non-payment, service will not be resumed until all delinquent charges together with any administrative fees are paid in full via cash, money order, debit or credit card.

    • I understand that I will continue receiving copies of all bills and delinquent notices regarding the above service address.
    • I also understand the tenant(s) may be granted payment extensions or delinquent bills and by signing this agreement, I authorize DELCORA to grant payment plans or extensions.
    • I am aware that DELCORA must be notified in writing of any changes in billing, such as termination of the rental agreement and vacation of the premises.
