DELCORA provides several easy, convenient and secure payment options for your sewer bill. When making payments there will be no service fees added to your payment.

PAY ONLINE
In order to make a payment online, if you haven’t done so already you will need to set up an account. Make a one-time payment using your credit card, debit card or checking account. Just have your account number and payment information available. Pay Sewer Bill Online.

DELCORA recently switched payment platforms. Do not be alarmed that your Pay Bill link and interface has changed. Our online payment option is still easy, convenient and secure.

PAY BY PHONE
Call our automated phone system available 24-hrs a day at 610-876-5526 extension 8518 to make an expedited payment using your Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), Debit Card or Checking account.

If you are paying by online or by phone after you’ve received a shutoff notice and are in danger of being disconnected, you must also contact Customer Service at 610-876-5526 with your confirmation number to avoid disconnection.

PAY BY MAIL
Make payments payable to DELCORA and include your account number on the check. You can use the envelope enclosed with your bill or mail payments to the Chester postal address: DELCORA, PO Box 999, Chester, PA 19016.

PAY IN PERSON
Pay your bill in person at our full service Chester office located at 100 East 5th Street or utilize our drop box at the front entrance.

NOTE: If you have a past due balance from the previous billing cycle, you should pay that amount immediately to avoid termination of service.
